Reproduction and producing is an alluring power which is been 50 percent divided, over that even though 100 percent it is in Divine control but yet the earthly material and beings are the key scriptures, therefore a bit though their WILL is involved.
Accepted that discrimination or disparity is by Divine, but it is sort of examination for humans that how we put our efforts and pave thinking to revolve around. A child, is not a less human he got complete soul to analyze but his energy to act is lesser than a mature person. People say children are devils, to some extend it is true to the children who are facilitated, they learn more by irritating their arrogance rather than by being obedient and straight forward.
Difference is there for both categories, one who has knowledge of options and can sense the change and the other who has no cognitive exploration and can sense change but very late or cannot sense change within the required time frame.
What else we can argument about if in the world A CHILD suffers.
Men did battles and wars. They did politics and murder and they kill children. Iraq, Libya, Syria & Lebanon they are surface lands now. Places where land and earth speaks of noise of weapons.
This area is witness of not only the humility of humans but of evil actions. Migrations been done, people are out of their birth place and home land replaced in another countries in another systems, though temporary acceptance been done but what of future, of their generations?
How their women say the story of their past and ancestors.

Whom to blame for sufferings?
Who to address? What For? Why?
So many questions, rhetoric questions and do we have smooth answers? I guess no where
